Ordering progress
- Customer : requesting price list via email or fax
- TAZ : sending price list to the customer
- Customer: completing order by filling directly in our price list
- TAZ : sending proforma invoice
- Customer : confirming the proforma invoice
- TAZ : arranging freight schedule and inform customer
- Customer : finalize payment of the order
- TAZ : packing , deliver goods to airport and sending shipping document
- Customer : confirm on the shipment after receiving it
Special Order
For the items which customer might be looking for but not in our usual inventory, We would help customer to find those special items. Please kindly consider that many species are seasonal and unavailable at certain times, therefore we may not be able to find all of the special request.
